Lunch Box Enrichment – Stacey’s Pita Chips

Over winter break, we noshed on a new chip, not of the potato variety, of the pita variety. The general concensus was that Stacey’s Pita Chips rock. Perfect with hummus, soup or solo, these chips pack a punch of crunch. Headquartered in Randolf, MA, Stacey’s has been voted one of the best places to work by Boston Business Journal in 2005.
Their website is pretty cool too, it highlights all of their products and offers some fun recipe ideas written by the executive chef of Cooking Light magazine. From what I could tell, the product has national distribution. The website has a handy store locator. Good news for me becuase it means I’ve got a new lunch box snack. Yeah!
